Collapsible section for links

I want to create a collapsible section to provide space on my homepage to exchange links with sites that have PR.

This is next to a regular link directory type page, where I do reciprocating links.

Would it be allowed to do it this way? Would other sites get the PR link from my homepage this way? I believe it should be OK, since it's not hidden text. Just text that can be expanded by clicking a plus sign or something together with a description.

So, in other words. The links are only seen when a visitor clicks the plus sign or description to expand the link section.

    Greetings,

    Giorgio

Wether it passed PR would depend on how you do it. If you use JavaScript it would not pass. If you use CSS, I think it would. If you can see the links when you use "view Source" after the page has been rendered, then it sould work.

Personally, though, I wouldn't trade links with someone who did that.
