Why are you selling this site?
I create sites from ideas. I always wanted to create a collaboration platform like basecamp but better. And I've done it. I've designed the colarosa platform to be very easy to use. It allows users to easily manage projects and collaborate with external stakeholders. It has full integration with paypal so that you or whomever you customize this platform for can make monthly revenue.

How is it monetized?
It currently is not making any monthly revenue as I have not done any marketing or advertising. What I have done is duplicated the colarosa platform and customized it specifically for another company, this one: campinthecloud.com -- this customization and implementing brought a large one time licensing fee and development charge.

Does this site come with any social media accounts?
Yes, it comes with a Facebook and twitter account.

How much time does this site take to run?
Hardly any time. All the heavy lifting is done.

What challenges are there with running this site?
Sales.
