I have a question, I have placed the referral button for adsense <---here! Why doesn't it show up?

 

Why does it show up with line breaks at the end of each line of the code? I don't know if that is the problem, but the code doesn't do that itself, I just checked.

should not be any <br /> in there.

 

Strange, I am editing it in wordpress and the <br> tags won't show up in there, yet they show up in the code that gets ultimately published

 

Try editing it with notepad
The more complex is the mechanism, the less reliable it is.

Wordpress must do the same thing Blogger does. When you enter a carriage return in edit text box, then publish the post, it'll make all carriage returns into a <br />

 

Will look into it further. It's different from Blogger.

 

I got a low ctr also so i removed it after 2 days of testing..
(Though i got a 1 $ click in Btw which i usually never get )

 

I put it on my sites and my TV stopped working

me too, statements about spelling corrections being funny and disliking of other persons avatars...what the hell are we talking about here.

Altough i do agree pointing out spelling errors can be usefull but please state it as an helpfull pointer and not bluntley putting the link to the correct spelling form, this could be interpreted as hostile.

 

Hodgeup added the AdSense Refferal to his site and got Syphilis...go figure

 

You really should check with Snopes before posting things like this - that's another urban myth. It turns out that it was the other way round: HU had syphilus BEFORE adding AR and he gave it to the AdSense team.

 

Actually I think he just told his girlfriend that he got it from AdSense

Reminds me of Seinfeld and the "tractor" story

 

What was the tractor story? I don't remember that one...
