Becoming addict for any kind of beverage is not good. Even I take coffee but not regularly... If you want to remain awake then you should take apple and avoid milk. According to study, apple makes people awake at nights and milk induces sleep because of tryptophan presence in it. Tryptophan helps in making a compound in our body which actually induces sleep. Coffee narrows arteries too so inturn gives lack of circulation. Not to mention the stimulant effects of it on the adrenal glands, aswell the addiction side of it. Its funny coffee drinkers dont think there addicts but they really are just like alcoholics, smokers etc.
coffie, 2 or 3 cups a day is not bad, but hay dont get addicted okey it often act as a stress releaser when u get tired at your work.
