Good lord - talk about a how long is a piece of string question!
Do you need to fit the place out? Is it a premises already being used for catering? Does it have cookers, dishwashers ? Furniture, cutlery crockery? Does it need building alterations? Is it a premises that already meets all Local Authority regulations for food preparation? How big is it? How many staff do you need? What sort of food will you be serving? Do you have suppliers in place? - other miscellaneous costs include Local Rates (taxes), disposal of waste, business insurance...
