Selling Coffee reviews website: Amazon/eBay/Adsense ready

I decided to put one of the websites I've been working on lately on sale. It a coffee reviews website which you can see at CoffееBunker.com (type it in the browser manually as I used some foreign characters to avoid indexing of the domain name). This website is ready to start making money from Amazon (great trend at the moment), eBay and AdSense. Here is what you will get:

Domain name

It is a great, non-hyphened dot com. If you make a fast search, you will notice that most Coffee***.com domains are taken. I had a hard time finding a good one! The domain will be pushed for free to your GoDaddy acount.

Content

The site currently contains 11 unique quality articles about coffee blends and coffee makers ($88 value). If you want, I will give you references of affordable writers who will continue generating the content for your new website.

Design

The site is run on Wordpress, the best system ever for creating and managing websites. All of my websites are on Wordpress and I couldn't be happier. I am using a slightly modified free theme with a logo that I created specially for this website. The website is extremely easy to use, I will be glad to assist you should you need any help.

Plugins

The site is fully optimized for search engines using the All-in-one SEO pack which automatically creates clean titles and descriptions for all pages. The XML sitemap is automatically generated. The affiliate links are cloaked using Pretty Link.

Making Money

So far, 3 ways of making money are implemented - Google AdSense, Amazon and eBay.
I guess you are all familiar with AdSense, so I won't get into detail about this.
As for Amazon, this is one of the best affiliate programs at the moment, it performs great on all of my websites. As you can see, Amazon links come first both before and after the articles, because they are the ones that work best.
Why am I using eBay then? Easy, those listings bring long-tail search engine visitors and since they are dynamic (more on that just in a few seconds), they tell Google that the page changes daily (and Google likes that!).

I am using PhpBay PRO to display eBay listings. If you don't have a license, you'll have to get one - please note that if you are serious about making money from eBay, you definitely need PhpBay Pro.

Hosting

If you want, I can host the website free of charge for several months so you do not have to invest in hosting.

Why am I selling?

I launched three gourmet food blogs at the same time and greatly overestimated my time availability. Otherwise I would have kept it.
