I recently picked up this domain. I'm trying to decide whether to develop the site myself or sell it. I think the name itself is pretty strong but I never trust the automated domain appraisals and I wanted to see what others thought.

any ideas for appraisal or potential site ideas?

3. it is undeveloped
therefore i would say it is reg-fee only
