Coffee Directory - Need Category Recommendations

I've had a coffee related directory for a while now which made it to PR4 somehow without any help from me.. Now I think it's time to start really developing it.

To that end, I really want to add some interesting categories and subs. I would really appreciate it if some of you would give me some ideas or make suggestions.

research gourmet coffee class..
also anothe category should be grown techniques or something like that.
whatever else that has coffe but is not coffe (i.e. cakes, icecream)
cold beverage
hot beverage...

How coffee is made from green beans would be an interesting category.

Oooooh, how 'bout alcoholic beverages that involve coffee.

 

I'm getting good recommendations, and adding them. Now all I need is to tap into a few resources where interested coffee site owners will find it. Any suggestions for this?

Nothing quite like a coffee beverage. Hot, cold, with or without alcohol.
