Coding PHProxy template. $ for best :)

    Hi,
    I need a coded PHProxy template, or I need you to code mine.
    It can be really basic , I just wanted to see how to code a template to work with PHProxy.
    I'll send $5 to you via paypal. It's only a 5 minute job (quicker if you have a premad template).
    I won't even use a premade template, just to see how it's coded. (Some people would probly do this for free)

    No one will waste his time designing a template for you (unless there is something to get, more than $5).

    I don't want someone to design a template. I just need a coded template to see how its coded. Loadsa people must have premades. It doesnt even need images.
