I am looking for a really good designer who would be interested in doing some design work in exchange for coding. I have 4+ years using php & mysql and can code valid xhtml and css layouts. Also i can do basic flash animation but nothing special. I'm up for practically any size job as long as the design work works out to the same sort of value.
