Buying Coding for crazy Wordpress Theme

    Hi,

    I wanted to know if ther is anyone here who can code this into Wordpress:

    Specs:

    1. faded background must stretch until the end of the screen.
    2. Bar length should strech if content is longer than regular, but should not be too small. For example - if the blog title is "My Blog" like in the above image then the background bar should be the size of the bar in the image but if the title is "My Blog is the best Wordpress blog ever" then the background bar should stretch.
