codes suggetion for email enquiry to property by buyer to seller on property site

    can any one please suggest codes for my real Estate site, how to send enquiry of buyers to seller of a property, after press 'send email and sms' button.

    You should have the emails of sellers in a database , So the script extract the mail address and send a message to it.
