Hey! I'm what I would like to call a coder, It's my only job, and while I love it alot of the time I find it to be very stressful and recently I've been getting more and more depressed, so today I started a rule that I am going to try and stick to, no working for other people on the weekends. I will no doubt lose money from not working (And trust me, I live in less than min wage at the moment anyhow!) but I think more coders and webmasters should relax, whats your view?
Hah, I hate bees and bees sting, I guess they are better than wasps, I mean I would not mind one or two but any more = Eek!
more coders need to stop and get up, taking a walk probably. really helps stress and troubleshooting.
Stings are bad yes. Those are wild animals and you must treat and respect them as you would be afraid of the bear if you met one People forget that bees are not domestic animals and that their intention is to kill you when they sting you If you are cateful, patient and care not to squash them they just fly around and they will not sting you. Honey tastes good also
But what if you had a target ? Imagine 48 hours of working on a stretch ... Targets don't count for weekends my friend .... Get over the minimum wage thing, and plan out your work, rather than stopping it completely on weekends ...
I'm relaxing when I do that: Listening music.. vol = 80% + scream about 2 - 5 minutes... and than I go codding again
