Coders & Designers Needed(Must Be Pro). Will Pay $120usd each

    Iam planning for a project of making a forum software.

    Thus for this I need 5 coders and 3 Designers. Who are extremely perfect in their work.

    For Coders:

    1. php/ajax
    2. html/xhtml
    3. css
    4. mysql (not necessary but be an advantage)

    For Designers:

    1. Photoshop
    2. css , html/xhtml

    Budget of this project is $120usd/coder or designer + $3usd/hour as a coding payment.

    I need a permanent team , so after team selections , shares will be distributed amongst team members.

    $3 per hour??? I dont know which country you're in but that sounds like very little, good luck though.

    In $3 I don't think you will get serious programmers, and you will end up paying much more for later bug fixes and maintenance.
