Buying Coder to help turn current backed up WP theme into new theme using same template.

    Basically I have a backed up version of a website I was going to launch about one topic but want to know if from that backedup file we can edit it graphically and mainly edit the color schemes etc to reflect a new topic. Thanks

    ps - the backed up format is .sql.gz
    and i cant look at it or figure out how

    Anyone? I have a nice wordpress theme I already bought just need some help editing it a bit to change the look
