Buying CODER REQUIRED - custom made image host script -

Im looking for coder that is able to write me a custom image host script that is a hybrid of imagearn and DPI 1.1F.

Basically the script doesn’t need MySQL (No database). Features that imagearn has must be available on this script. DPI 1.1F may be use as the backbone script but a lot of features need improvements.
