Coder/programmer needed for HEBREW PSD to Wordpress website

    Hello,

    I'm looking for a coder/programmer who could turn a PSD to a fully functional Wordpress template. The website is written in HEBREW, which means it is written RTL (right-to-left).

    I'm looking for someone who is capable to do a such job.

    I've waited ten years to use dir=rtl. figures I would be too busy to take the job. good luck.
