    The video thing wouldn't be hard, you'd just pass the script a filename, and echo out a simple quicktime or WMP embedded code.

    There are a bunch of rating scripts that I could get working with the site I think, but what exactly do you mean by subscriptions? Like email newsletters, or like pay a subscription to view the content?

    I mean pay subscriptions , they can vote on photo's for free but need to subscribe $5 per month to view the video
