I share alot of links on twitter, and get a few hundred clicks on the links i share through bit.ly. I want to find a way to put a banner over those links, or a popup, showing my email sign up form. For instance i share an article - someone clicks it - i want the article to be shown - but with my email signup box pop up, or hover above like a toolbar.
