Coder needed for basic Web/DB App

I have a site that I need to let some users log in and record a couple fields of data periodically, then after 6 months total up the data, enter it into a form and store it into a pdf.

It's a project that would be done in steps, and I only need the backend programming done, no design. It needs to be a mysql db, and preferably php or ruby.

Thanks for your interest, but this is not a $200 job. It would be a fairly deep, longer term project, and any programmer that we want to be involved with is not going to quote a flat fee without hearing the rest of what is needed.
