Coder For Traffic Trade System For onArcade Needed

    Hi.
    I would like a coder to code a traffic trade system similar to the one on BigDogArcade.com for onArcade (that's phpAS).

    I would like a system that lets my traffic trader's submit game plugs as a way to get traffic from my site. I also do not want the sites which have recieved more traffic than they have sent me to be shown.

    Possibly, I would like to be able to sell clicks as well (manually)

    This must intergrate into onArcade and it's Admin Panel.
