Buying Coder for php/mysql/ajax/javascript to create postback CPA script

We want someone with good coding skills and experience to be part of the team. Immediately we want someone with postback script experience to write a CPA script similar to FSRevolution. The idea is when someone completes a certain action it will postback and unlock content.
