This is super vague. What are you trying to do? It's sort of like saying "I need someone to code me a website". It only leads to a thousand more questions. I can write you a script that will accept postback. I'll do that for $5. Of course, you probably want it to DO SOMETHING amiright? At least save the postback data. Maybe create a file? Put it in a database? Credit some user account? Do you have a database for this or will you need that too. As a programmer I agree with sellerscentral, myvouchergeek is doing well, and currently down to $69 it's your best bet. To have something similar developed as a one-time custom product will cost you ten to twenty times as much. If that is what you are trying to achieve (an complete, incentivized CPA program) they seem to have the best (most popular) thing going around here. Also this would get more response in the programming forums.
