    Hello All.
I'm looking for a coder and designer. Do you have any recommendations for people that you have used in the past that have done great work. I prefer a coder or designer located in the USA.

Not sure what you are wanting, coder or designer. Big differance. I do both, and I am responding to this post because I noticed your links where to real estate websites. I done serveral real estate websites, and can work with the raw fnis or paragon MLS databases.

    Examples of my work:
    knobnoster-realestate.com
    warrensburg-realestate.com

The brokers can edit the content of their website at anytime using their browser. Websites auto update, and have an email capture feature included in the property search (passive not forced). Websites I do are all my own stuff. I don't use 3rd party programs.

PM me if you would like more examples, or to provide more details about your project.

Can you work with other MLS sources using PHP and MySql? I have a couple needing this service including pulling data from an external MS SQL database into the MySql.

Feel free to respond here or PM me! :)

I can't give you a price on the MLS database for your area, without looking at it first. In my area I normally charge $500 to add the MLS with search, and email capture. Complete websites $1000.

Every board of realtors has a different format, and a custom extraction program has to be developed for each one. When I built the one for the fnis MLS in my area, I was hoping I could use it on any fnis database, they are national, then when I went selling websites in another boards area I discovered that much of it was the same, but not all.

I would need access to the database for the area, the broker can get this from their board. After I look at it I can shoot you price. Development time would be 1 week. PM me if you want to proceed. I don't charge to look.
