codelance? getacoder?, etc. which is best for freelancer

I posted a project on GetACoder and wasn't real happy w/ the responses. I may have 2 leads out of the 20 responses.

I need to have a YouTube/MySpace clone built in php. Where should I go to find the programmer? Where should i post my project?

The currently avail. open source projects fall short so I have to start someone from scratch. The EntertainmentScripts guy's project is great but they use Ioncube which is unacceptable in a high-traffic server cluster. He was not able to bend on the issue and has serious control issues which doesn't really work in an OpenSource world.

I'm more than happy to use someone from India, etc. as long as I can verify their references.

    Any ideas?

    Go to getafreelancer.com

You may run into some sour apples, but they are quite few and in between. I have a couple of programmers that I swear by now. odesk.com, I would never go there. They have these overpriced programmers who do nothing right. I would rather pick someone fresh out of school and pay them a more reasonable rate than these people. I plan on closing my account with them. But, getafreelancer.com, guru.com, and ifreelance.com
