Buying CodeIgniter coding

Hi,
I have a site template made in BootStrap and a database in MySQL. I need to connect these two. The site has 7 pages right now and I would like the work to be done CodeIgniter.

If you are interested, please provide me with hourly rate (I will not consider your reply if this is missing) and possibly some previous works in CodeIgniter if you have any.

The work will probably also require some knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript/JQuery but most of this is (hopefully) done.
