Code to track session times and block IP address

    Hello, I am building a website and before I bring it online I would like to integrate some IP blocking code.

    It should record the IP address of session that have been active for 10 minutes and then block the IP address.

    I am using 10 minutes just as an example.

    Any help would be appreciated.
