    I would like to create a pop under for my website that when a visitor enter's my website, a pop under opens to my other website.

    This pop under would be a "real" another webpage and would only occur once every 24 hours..so if the user visited the site like 5 times in 24 hours, they would only receive one pop under for that day.

    Anybody know what code I need or software?
