Code to email a form

    I need some quick help. I have a form for selecting some hosting features here:

    http://www.hostseo.org/dedicated-seo-server/

    How can I get all the selected results emailed to me when the user submits the form? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Finally got it.. hard to convert the values of the radio buttons back to the text labls.
