    Does the order of the meta-elements have any effect? For instance, would it be better to place the description and the keywords meta-elements before any other meta-element?

    The order of your metas SHOULD not matter because it's roughly equivalent to defining variables in a program. var x=0; var y=0; and var y=0; var x=0; are functionally identical - meta's work much the same way. Any parser is going to use them to set values and should parse ALL Meta in the head before doing anything with that information.

    It would only be a concern if they were reliant upon each-other for settings - the only one of those I can think of that might be true of is the language meta, so I would put that first just in case someone got lazy - but in terms of keywords and description? Shouldn't matter.

    Short answer? I suspect (not to speak for him) that Dan wouldn't, since he's as rabid as I am about the use of flash to build a website since you automatically have a complete accessibility /FAIL/. I sure as shine wouldn't and would pitch all of that fat bloated slow inaccessible flash rubbish in the trash. Difference is, Dan might put it more politely than I would, since I'm thinking it's so [sexual preference slur] that sailors in front of a bar in San Francisco would tell you to tone it down. We're talking Wanda Sykes would say it's ok to use that word - that's how...

    ... it is. Yes, I omitted 5 and 6.

    As evidenced by when I visit the site I get a big empty page - so not only is it built entirely on flash, it has ZERO graceful degradation for the users who might not have access to flash at work or users like myself who want to tell you where to shove it.
