Code HTML Forms (no PHP required) - $25 - Urgent

    I have two PDF wireframes and I need these to be coded so each PDF page is a web page. This will be integrated into a Magento shopping cart http://bit.ly/O66UKr later on but this should not affect anything.

    Width of page should be 900px or smaller. Padding & margins should look good.

    I need this done within the next 4-6 hours.
