    Hi,

I noticed that one of the email newsletters that I get gives links to get more info or the full article from thier website. When you click on the link it brings you to thier website but you have to view an ad for a few seconds first. It is just the first time so it must be using cookies or something like that, I guess.

I run a free employment website and thought that this idea would be good to do before people can view the free jobs (to help pay for the site). Does anybody have an idea of what type of script that this is called, where I might find a similar one or have any tips how I would do this.

I thought I might be able to find a free script somewhere on the web that I can look over the code and try to understand how it works and then write similar code into my site that would do the same thing.

I am not a real programmer but have been doing pretty good at looking at others code to see how they do stuff and try similar techniques with mine.

    thanks

Adbrite calls them "Interstituals" and you can snag their source if you want to emulate their usage :)
