Code for contest website

    I am looking for a coder for my new website www.codecannon.com what I want:

    - Function for users to register, purchase tickets via paypal,claim prizes, list the prizes they have won etc.
    - Competitions for the user to enter, further information will be given to the winning bidder but a non disclosure agreement wil need to be signed first.
    - Home page will list the contests, future ones, current and past.

    Feel free to ask for further information.

    I can supply the graphics for the website so graphics skills aren't required.
