Code a site (around 23 pages) and connect it to Joomla (will pay $125 via paypal)

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for a coder who can code one site for me and than connect it to Joomla's back-end so that I can edit the pages' content, etc.

The site has around 23 pages and is pretty basic.
