Code a mosaic collage generator ($350)

    Functionality:
    Users upload as many pictures as they want. They select a picture they want to turn into the "mosaic collage" and it takes the other picture they've uploaded to blend in and create the collage.

    Backend:
    PHP or ASP.NET either one is fine

    Example:
    http://www-users.cs.umn.edu/~ertoz/pictures/blues3-mosaic.jpg

    I codeded something similar to this using Perl which can be used as online apps. I feel I can code something like this in PHP as well. I'll go back to this thread later and if the job is still available...

    I am about to start work on a similar project in PHP but due to personal commitments I will not be able to finish it till mid to late july. If you feel like waiting that long I will gladly sell you my source.
