Selling CODBO.net - Unique Call of Duty: Black Ops Blog

I love the game Call of Duty: Black ops and purchased this site in an impulsive moment. It doesn't fit in my current portfolio and I will be using the funds raised to develop other sites. Since buying the site I have performed SEO work and added about 4 new articles on hot topics surrounding the game. I think a dedicated fan will be able to give this site the proper attention it deserves.

It is currently receiving a steady stream of 25-50 visitors a day with some high ranking keywords including: "codbo", "black ops killstreak tips" and many more long tail keywords. Someone with more focus on developing the site could easily push it up the rankings. Suggestions include adding a map layout images, weapons and perks encyclopedia and new map packs information.

There are 13 unique posts in total. Some existed when I purchased it and I personally added 4 new articles on hot topics. I see lots of value in the domain name and think the template is very well targeted with room to improve. I have one amazon and adsense on there but never set up the proper tracking - so assume no revenue. The domain expires on April 30th 2012 and is with Godaddy. There was a period of downtime of downtime back in march, the no-traffic blip a couple weeks ago was caused by a wordpress update removing the analytics tracking code.

It should be noted this game is still in active development and promotion. They have released patch 1.10 and more importantly the new "Annihilation" pack with 5 brand new maps was just put on sale on the 28th of June (Xbox 360, others at a later date).
