CoD4 HTTP Redirecting with Apache

    Hello everyone,

    I'm currently running an HTTP redirect through Apache for a Call of Duty 4 dedicated server. The server hosting Apache is capable of 40mbps upload, and my home connection can download 2mpbs from capable servers.

    Whenever the game server is empty and I try to download a custom map (custom maps won't usually exceed 60mb file size), I can only download at ~400kbps, as opposed to ~2mpbs. And when there's several players online trying to download custom maps, we're each lucky if we can download at ~100kbs.

    Tech support for the dedicated server hosting Apache suggested the problem is with Apache's configuration, but didn't mention what I should research or edit.

    How would I set or adjust the speed at which files may be transferred through Apache?
