    Description

There's an updated version of the site which hasn't gone live yet: http://staging.cocoajobs.net/

Cocoa Jobs is a job board for Cocoa developers. This covers a wide array of software related Apple's products such as Mac/OSX, iPod, iPhone and iPad apps.

Developers or software engineers who are looking for jobs can logon to Cocoa Jobs and check for available vacancies. They can also subscribe to stay notified with latest listing through Twitter or RSS.

Employers or companies who are looking for developers can pay a one-time fee listing and post a listing. Listings are displayed on the site for 45 days, after that they are removed automatically.

    Some additional information:

    • The site has a custom built backend developed in PHP and CodeIgniter.
    • The site has a basic admin section which allows jobs to be edited and deleted.
    • The site is integrated to PayPal using the PayPal IPN so you can easily accept payments.
    • The site appears on the first page of Google when searching for "Cocoa Jobs".
    • The site hasn't been advertised anywhere. We only publish our content and link to job listings on Twitter.
    • This site is a great opportunity and has great potential, it has a simple and easy to use interface, unlike other cluttered job boards and the domain is a perfect match for what it has to offer.

The reason I'm selling this site is because I do not have time to run it any more. I've been busy with my other ventures and I'm looking for someone who really has the time and resources to run this site.

Finally, as mentioned previously, this job board is a one-time opportunity that shouldn't be missed. It has great potential due to numerous factors such as the increased demand for Cocoa developers due to the rise of iPod, iPhone and now iPad apps.

    Revenue Details

Employers or companies pay a one-time fee of $75 or $150 (Depending on the type of listing) to submit an available vacancy.

However, ever since the site was launched (Sept. 2009) it hasn't been generating any revenue, the monetization plan mentioned above wasn't put into place (I haven't had any time to roll it out properly), although it's ready to go whenever activated.

    Traffic Details:

    • Some traffic originates from Simply Hired, where listings are indexed.
    • Traffic and growth has been 100% organic.
    • No advertising.

Grab this now before it's too late!
