Coach me to program websites.

    I am looking for someone who can dedicate some time to teach me how to make websites. I know that it could take some time and willing to payout for it. I have the desire to learn these subjects but when it comes to it I do not have the motivation to sit down and learn as I get to many distractions. I need someone to help me get by this as I like someone to tell me how to produce the websites step by step. I have got dream weaver 8 but also have note pad.

    I am wanting to learn the following languages.

    HTML - I know a bit but would like to understand it fully.

    CSS

    PHP

    MYSQL

    E-commerce
