Alright, I just bought a domain with .co.uk, because the others are taken, .com, .net, .biz, .info, .org, .us

I bought the domain from 123-reg.co.uk, I think they are the agent residing in the UK, as I live in the US.

My question is this, I plan on making a wallpaper site, and I was reading Nominet terms. Some stuff I got and some stuff flew over my head. Can you guys give me a summary of their terms? Are there any restrictions?

To be honest, don't worry about them.
When you register a .co.uk domain, you have to select what it's for and why you're allowed it:
Because you have a UK office, because you live in the UK, blah blah blah, PERSONAL SITE

As long as you chose personal site it's fine, nothings gonna happen

Anyone can register co.uk, org.uk, me.uk domains regardless the place of residence. Nominet only ask for a two-year renewal term and transfers are only possible through registrars providing you with a TAG which is the equivalent to the authorization code for other registrars.

Another few technical details are regarding fees you may incur with transfers or expired domains falling into a period of grace.
