so i have some pretty good ideas about a few domains id like to flip, just wanted to know the overall value of .co.uk?

i know its not as good as .com but the search terms i looked for were high in the UK, so is that a good buy?

country code domains have shown good growth over the past few years. obviously your target market is UK end-users. one word of caution, if judging on search volume make sure to use the local search in google.co.uk (not google.com) as it will give you a better indication

.co.uk is a stong ccTLD. If you buy to flip, it's a good area to invest on.

yes, and even more valuable if you develop a geo targeted website. Google local search results return a lot for your hard work on a local website.
