it costs no more than a .com....

regardless, co.uk is a great extension, don't underestimate it.

Definately a .com is way better than a .co.uk! As they say ".com is king" & it's worth a lot more than the equivalant .co.uk. Sure the .co.uk is very strong in the UK but .com is global.

It's depend on your target visitors. If you're promoting to global, better use .com.

.com is better unless your site is specific to the uk... even then the .com might be nice to have as well to protect your name globally.

.com is better and more universal.
Unless you have UK-only services, the .com is the way to go.

The title says a .com but the post inside talks about .org.

    What is your exact question?

.co.uk or .com? -> .com defenetely: global with more visitors
.co.uk or .org? WHICH IS BETTER? -> depends on your niche: If you want to have more uk visitors go with .co.uk, otherwise choose .org

.com is overall - .community, -> the best!
    .org the second - .organisation
    .co.uk only for uk ;)
