I think CO.UK domains worth as much as COMs for people having UK based businesses or related content.
Yup, generally speaking, country based Domain Names are generally more valuable to people from that country. As to how much a domain name is worth, there is no fixed price or even a fixed range as it depends on relevance to the buyer and what captures their eyes and pocket.
I got the following 3 .co.uk domains: GetFreeMP3.co.uk ApartmentLease.co.uk CommercialRealEstates.co.uk Any opinions on their value?
I'm no expert with the .co.uk domains, but I fell that ApartmentLease.co.uk is the best out of the 3. As to the value, best for others that are more experienced to comment.
Agree, ApartmentLease.co.uk is a good one but you need a marketing strategy to launch it as UK-oriented website because in Great Britain "flat" is the proper word for apartment. My second option is GetFreeMP3.co.uk because, after all, everybody knows the meaning of both free and MP3
