Co-Op Ads on PHProxy

Hi,

How can I place Co-Op Ads on my PHProxy website (http://www.roundthefilter.com). I can't validate it otherwise :s

 

I see the ads on the homepage. Did you get it working?

 

I can get them on the homepage, but I need them on the proxified pages too.

 

Do you have a footer or a header for the proxified pages? That is where the code should be.

In theory you need to edit the index.php where it creates the code for the proxified pages (ie the top header with the options), however I've tried a couple times, simply adding the co-op code in the appropriate place doesn't work, both times I tried it simply starts giving a blank page, and I'm not exactly sure why. Seems to get to the point that it includes the ad code (it updates the ads .txt file) but won't display the ads and nothing else for that matter.
