co-op ads have the nofollow tag, why?

I am curious. I've noticed that DP links on the network have the nofollow tag. Why is that?

For example, dp always links back to itself with "Advertising", "Online Advertising", etc. Why do these links have the nofollow tag?

    Interesting......

I havent logged into the coop for a while, can anyone confirm whether members are able to choose their links to use the no follow tag?

It might be that DP's own links are "no follow", but all links on my site (quick check) are good old reqular links.

Default ads (when someone's number is pulled but they don't have any ads setup/available) have nofollow on them.

Glad I wasn't the one that had to ask this question..... I really wanted to hear what the "official" reason was for that.... I Was very curious how that question would be handled...
