I've just submitted these to the Sedo .CO auction, what are the chances of them being accepted? Any ideas? Las-Vegas.co 3DGaming.co CheapAutos.co CheapVacation.co ComputerGame.co FlashGame.co VegasCasinos.co
I'm not sure about this premium auction, but you never know. Most of the names listed are single word names, I hope you get them listed. How much reserve did you put on them? I listed one domain bocaraton.co with a relatively high reserve (Mid xxxx). I just want to see if they accept it. Good luck Giles!
They timed the auction submission just before the Super Bowl (two weeks away). If godaddy ads get a huge effect on .co market, then a low reserve will be a killer lol I doubt it but we'll see.
I threw in a few .CO names to the Sedo auction. I am keeping the ones that I think will bring in larger amounts to auction later if this is a success. The better of the names I submitted are: Ork.co USBDrive.co Clam.co Then there are a few throw away names that I put in the low 1-500 reserve range. They have strong GKWT (Broad) numbers (in the 100Ks+ per month searches), but they defiantly need to be built out to be worth anything. i.e. Japaneserestaurant.co If the ads and auction turn out to be a hit, then I still kept 6 really strong names that I will be more then willing to toss into the ring if the numbers are right. I hoping for the best but expecting nothing. Cheers
If you manage to sell one or two of your .CO's for a good amount, you will have paid renewal fees for all the others.
Anyone know what Sedo uses for the domain criteria when selecting domains for their auctions? Looking at the list that has been accepted, it seems that the criteria varies. Let me give you a for instance: seniorsingles.co According to GKWT that 9,900 BROAD searches per month. 2,400 exact searches. How is this considered premium? Riding.co has 5 million broad and 14,800 exact popconcerts.co has 3,600 broad and 480 exact. I am just wondering if anyone has any insight to this. Cheers
I just noticed that. I just think this is the first huge auction and even if I own such domains, I probably would wait for Godaddy to spend the millions to advertise for my domains (.co) and then see what will happen. it could well change things and the existing auction participants with low reserve will simply regret it.
