That's good to know, that other people value freedom as much as we do. Both posts were right, I'm very unaware of what happens and what people actually feel in those countries, we just go by what we see on t.v. and read in the newspaper.

 

When I see Ahmadinejad, I think that he's one of the biggest clowns on earth, and that Iran deserves much better.

 

I can't think of Hamas without remembering how they tortured and murdered Arafat's barber after Arafat's death, not for any purpose, but just because they found him alone. He was a powerless old man and they played with him a long time before killing him.

I guess for remove misunderstanding between east and west, people have to contact more. I think language is a big obstacle in this way.

Actually the majority has a far worst opinion . He's seen as a madman .Somewhere in between Stalin & Hitler , a dictator driven by a hideous religion that's trying to nuke us . Sorry for being so brutal but those are the words I hear about him in private and sometimes even in public .

 

you are right, Iranian people hasn't good opinion about him either but you have to know that Ahmadinejad isn't commander and chief in Iran. he hasn't any authority on our military, police, media, judgment deportment, parliament and he isn't the guy who determine our foreign policy and atomic behavior. he even disabled to chose his favorite vice president.

 

I can't say I know the Iranian political system but I know mad men when I see them . Quite often although they seem to have just some limited power they wield far greater decisions in the background . My home country has already been trough one bloody revolution not to long ago so if there is one thing I can't live without is freedom . From where I'm standing I see a brutal regime that extorting the nation to fill their dreams of world power . I just hope Iran will soon be a free country again .

 

For westerners, he is the face of the madness, regardless of whether he actually holds the power. Its easy for the media here to focus on him instead of the Ayatollah because he says so much kooky and jacked up sh*t.

oh you right and as I see you know ruler in Iran. in fact Iran has complicated condition for western media. it has many player that dislike to show up. Ahmadinejad is a talkative guy who loves to be in front page. but we have not to underestimate him, he has this potential to be a disastrous dictator.
