Co citation is a relationship between 2 sites because of another site So let's give an example. Let's say I do SEO from a site called Phraseological. Then let's say WACICO provide cartoonists. NO relationship there thus far right? But if SEO Power Plays is a another site and service offered by Phraseological SEO site to provide cartoon based SEO for the other SEO site using cartoonists from another site called WACICO then we have a relationship that exists but is not obvious and thus we have a co citation relationship where relevance is not immediately obvious. It's not the best example but do you get what I mean?
