Consider i have bought one as a top-level domain paying $3(fee to co.cc) and is considered as for commercial use by them. Is it legal to sell that domain.

Can a really good domain name which can fetch $xxx, xxx if it was a .com, get some good bucks as .co.cc??
    Thanks.

.co.cc is not a top level domain. It's a second level domain.
    Top level domain is .cc:)

    I can't imagine a co.cc ever fetching more than a few dollars.
