A DB issue? You could have tried registering again?

Or maybe you cheated CO.CC service with more than 1 account? (meaning more than 2 domains without a donation of $10+)

I'm also wary of there services...

I did donate, and never got my extra domains. Contacting support got me promises of it being fixed, and it never was. I eventually just gave up and moved on (less my ten bucks). Just my 2 cents - but you're better off getting .info's that you know are yours for keeps.

What will you do with .co.cc domains? Use $10 and register yourself 6 or 7 .INFOs...

i once saw on the co.cc site that someone from vietnam donated $1000 to co.cc! WTF!

co.cc domains are a waste of time. They steal your traffic and when the domain grow popular, they just take it away to sell at higher prices.

So,they just use the moneyless kiddies as puppets to Boost their domains.
    My suggestion:

NEVER GO FOR A DOMAIN THAT YOU CANNOT CONTROL.

    * If the domain contains popular keywords, they make it premium.
    * After your first year is over, you must pay for the domain and they all have different prices, prices range by popularity and keyword.

Buy a .info domain for .99 for the first year or a .com domain which is less than $8/year.

I personally believe .co.cc is a big waste of time. Just hand over the small $8/year to a registrar and get a real domain.

Also .co.cc "domains" are technically just sub-domains.

co.cc requires you to update your profile in two or three days after registering, otherwise you loose the domain. maybe it was that.

Get your own regular gTLD o ccTLD name through a reliable registrar. There are lot of good names still available, either new or dropped.

Check the domainers directory (see signature) under Names Development / Expired but also Tools you will find some useful links for your search.
